Linda Pruett Obituary
Linda Carolyn Pruett, 67, of Rock Hill, SC and formerly of Owasso, OK, peacefully went to be with her Lord and savior Wednesday, May 6, 2020. She was born September 10, 1952 in Senath, MO, daughter of the late Elbert J.R. Pruett. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her stepson Brian Edward Salcido.
Outgoing by nature, she enjoyed entertaining family and friends, cooking, crafts, crocheting, and coloring. She also enjoyed movies and late-night snacks with her grandchildren.
Most important to her was her family. She will always be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, mother, nana, great-grandmother, aunt and friend.
She leaves a lasting legacy that will forever be cherished by her survivors, her mother Christine Glover Pruett of Collinsville. Her sisters, Sharon Rickman and Kathy Burch of Collinsville. Her daughter, Tonette Peace Boggs and granchildren, Maegan, Cory and Bryce Hill of Rock Hill, SC. Her stepson, Kenneth David Salcido of Muskogee. Her step-grandchildren, Trinidad Salcido of Muskogee. Raven Thompson of Broken Arrow and Karisa Johnson of Monroe, NC. Her step great grandchildren, Kyzen and Bryson Thompson of Broken Arrow and Avery and Kinzley Johnson on Monroe, NC. Her nieces, Reasha Saltsman and Hannah Wilson of Collinsville, and several nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held by at Collinsville Free Will Baptist Church, 15320 S. 169 Hwy., Collinsville, OK. 74021. Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 1:00 pm.
The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to all the Hospice of SC nurses, assistants, and staff for their unwavering compassionate and supportive care that was provided. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
