Jimmie William Sowell Jr, 64 of Catawba passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2020.

Jimmie was born on December 6, 1955 in Holmes County Mississippi to the late Jimmie William Sowell Sr, and Marilyn Joyce Goodman Sowell.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother

Kenneth E. Sowell.

Survivors include his wife Sherri Thornburg of the home, two sons; James C. Sowell and Justin K. Sowell both of Rock Hill, three daughters; Kacie Trombley of Fort Lawn Maria Trombley of Rock Hill and Taylor Morris of Columbia; one brother James R. Sowell of Lenoir NC, one sister Kathryn L. Boyce of Kentucky, and six grandchildren.

Services for Mr. Sowell will be private.
