Brandi Nicole Johnson

Brandi Nicole Lipe Johnson 38 of Rock Hill, SC passed away February 16, 2022.

Brandi was the daughter of Melanie Gaston Love and the late Jeffery Wayne Lipe.

She was an Insurance agent for Direct Auto for about 15 years.

Brandi was a kind soul that never met a stranger. She was loved by everyone who knew her and was the light to her Mothers life.

She is preceded by death by her Father Jeffery Wayne Lipe.

Brandi is survived by her Husband Mark Deric Johnson, Mother Melanie Gaston Love Husband Joey Love, her Step-Mother, Dana Montgomery, Maternal grandparents Brice and Vickie Gaston of Rock Hill, SC.

Paternal grandparents Steve and Shirley Lipe of Rock Hill, SC. Daughter Breeanna Catoe and Fiance Joseph Cervantes. Her son Jay Catoe and girlfriend Elizabeth Harris.

Grandchildren Matthew Cervantes and Aurora Catoe. Sisters Brittany Phillips and Fiance Devon Hayes. Heather Lipe of Rock Hill, SC and God sister/life long friend Amber Rainey.

Brother Travis Deaton and Fiance Sam Catoe of Lancaster. Stepfather Gary Deaton of Lancaster. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces. 

Service will be held at Bass Cauthen Funeral Home on February 25, 2022 at 6pm
